About Katie

I’m a Technical Estimator & Engineering Technician at Itel, currently studying for my HNC in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. I’m proud of how far I’ve come in my career so far, including achieving EngTech registration with the IET. Outside of work, I love music, going to the gym, spending time with family and friends, and making memories. Family is a big part of my life, and supporting charities close to my heart is something that means a lot to me. I’m always up for a new challenge and enjoy pushing myself to do things I might not have thought I could do.

Proudest achievements

My proudest achievement is completing my engineering apprenticeship a year ahead of schedule, achieving EngTech registration with the IET, and now progressing onto my HNC in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. I’m proud of how far I’ve come and the hard work I’ve put in to get where I am today. I’m excited to keep learning, developing my skills and seeing where my career takes me.
I’d like to thank my family, friends, colleagues at Itel Electronics, and college lecturers at New College Swindon. for all their support throughout my journey so far!
